FOCUS-48203- Graduation Req. Report: Add CLEP GE (German) to Biliteracy Seal (Florida)
This update enhances the Biliteracy Seal logic in the Graduation Requirements Report for Florida customers. Previously, only the CLEP GM (German) test was considered. With this update, the CLEP GE subject is now also included, ensuring that all valid German language CLEP tests are properly factored into the seal eligibility.
FOCUS-48202- Edit Rules & Workflow: Add Custom Field Category Filters
This enhancement adds category filtering to the Edit Rules & Workflow feature, improving usability and organization. A new dropdown has been added to filter rules by custom field categories, system categories, and application/form categories (legacy application layouts excluded). The filter defaults to All Categories to preserve existing functionality. When a category is selected, only rules with criteria or a linked field in that category will display. Rules without criteria will be excluded, even if their SQL affects that category. Adding a rule while filtered by a category functions the same as when using the All Categories view.

The logic now evaluates the course's marking period to determine whether it should count as 0.25 or 0.5 credits when no earned credits are available, ensuring accurate representation of progress.
FOCUS-48062- Prevent VOC Fields from Updating Outside Florida Postsecondary
This update ensures the voc_c_1 and voc_c_2 fields in the student_report_card_grades table are only set when Florida state reporting is installed. These fields are specific to Florida postsecondary institutions, and this change prevents unnecessary or incorrect data from being stored for organizations outside of that context.

The toggle is now titled "Suppress Approval Emails for Submitter," and the tooltip reads: "When checked will not automatically send emails upon form approval, but note that users in approval flow will still receive emails." This change clarifies the setting's purpose and improves usability.

FOCUS-39434- Graduation Requirements Report: Flagged Custom Student Fields in Overview Report

Custom Student Fields that are marked as "Visible on Student Grades" will now also be displayed on the search screen for the Graduation Requirement Report. Previously, these fields were only visible in the individual student view.
