This enhancement to Student Search adds a new filter that allows users to search for students actively scheduled into specific graduation subjects. The filter displays graduation subjects by short name, and search results include students scheduled into courses where the selected subject is set as the primary graduation subject.
FOCUS-48981- Print Footer: Letterhead Template Selection Respects School Assignment
This update resolves an issue where users could select letterhead templates belonging to other schools from the print footer dropdown. Now, only letterhead templates associated with the currently selected school will appear, ensuring school-specific configurations are respected.

FOCUS-48898- Progression Plans: Refined Request Push Logic to Only Push District-Wide Plans if no Individual Plan Assigned
This update refines how course requests are pushed from Progression Plans to a student's schedule. Now, if a student has an assigned plan, only the requests from that specific plan will be pushed. District-wide plan and graduation requirement requests will only be included when no individual plan is assigned, ensuring greater accuracy and reducing unintended course request duplication.

This update resolves an issue where selecting a specific period in the Absence Summary report resulted in absence totals incorrectly showing as zero. The fix ensures that totals are now accurately calculated and displayed when filtering by period.
FOCUS-48858- Extended Day Credit Report: Correct Attendance Day Count
This update corrects an issue in the Billing Extended Day Credit Report for Before/Aftercare customers where students with vouchers were incorrectly showing double the 'Applicable # of Days.' The report now accurately reflects the correct number of credited days for voucher students.
FOCUS-48793- Student Final Grades: Performance Improvement for Period Absence View
This update improves performance when loading the Student Final Grades report with the "Period-by-Period Absences" option selected. The optimization reduces load times, particularly in schools with large attendance datasets.
FOCUS-48781- Communication Platform: Add Log Record Default Enhanced
This update improves the behavior of the "Add Log Records" option in the Print a Form/Letter popup within Student Info. Now, when the system preference "Add log entries by default when using Communication" is enabled, the checkbox will default to checked for all student categories--including Discipline/Referrals. Additionally, if the system preference is disabled, the checkbox will still default to checked when using a Communication template that has the "Add Log Record" setting enabled.

The new Graduation Rate Report provides a powerful tool for monitoring student progress toward graduation. It includes an "On Track" or "Behind" status column that evaluates each student's standing based on accumulated credits and GPA, offering a clear snapshot of their graduation readiness. This report enables schools to quickly identify students who may require additional support, helping to drive timely interventions and academic planning. This update improves performance on the SSS Caseload & Services Pending Signature tab. Previously, the page could take up to two minutes to load and would time out during approval actions. With this update, the tab loads in under 30 seconds and approvals process without error.
FOCUS-48671- SSS: Improvements to IEP Progress Report Publishing for Parent Portal
This update enhances the SSS module by improving how IEP Progress Reports are published to the Parent Portal. First, it resolves an issue where some PDFs published upon locking events appeared blankthose PDFs will now be removed and regenerated via migration. Second, the scheduled job "Publish IEP Progress Reports to the parent portal" now uses a consolidated "MassPrint" task instead of individual tasks per event, improving performance. The job generates and displays PDFs based on configured date ranges in District Report Cards & Transcripts > Publish tab.

When this parameter is set, the system checks for an existing matching log record: if found, the same record is reused; if not, a new one is created. This ensures consistency in how subsequent events update the same record throughout Missouri-specific workflows.
