Added FOCUS-45256 - Gradebook: Handle Invalid Grading Scales When Displaying Category Averages

This update resolves an issue in the Teacher Gradebook where category totals were incorrectly multiplied when multiple grades had the same title. After applying the branch, the totals are now calculated accurately.
