Added FOCUS-43672 - Create One Posting From 2 Part Time Positions

The system has been enhanced to include a new setting that allows users to post multiple positions within a single job advertisement. This feature is accessible via a dropdown field located in the Job Posting Setup under the Miscellaneous tab. Once activated, job postings will display two position dropdowns. Additionally, an error message will appear if the combined hours of the two positions exceed the maximum allowable workday hours.

Added FOCUS-46152 - New Job Posting Setting to exclude posting types from having to complete required forms

The system enhancement involves adding a setting in Human Resources under Job Posting Setup. This new feature will allow the exclusion of applications that are required for transfers during specific job posting types.
