First, it resolves the issue of unattributed templates by assigning authors to all existing templates, enhancing clarity and organization. FOCUS-40901- Mobile Application: Remove Barcode Feature on Non-Supported Devices
Previously, the barcode scanning icon was visible across all devices, despite the functionality being exclusive to Focus-provided handheld devices. With this branch, the barcode icon will now only appear on supported devices.

This update resolves a formatting issue in the Communication Platform related to Insert Fields. Prior to this branch, when using Insert Fields in messages, fields with titles containing a slash character ("/") were not formatted correctly upon saving. This branch corrects this inconsistency, ensuring that all Insert Fields, regardless of character content in their titles, are now uniformly formatted.

FOCUS-40868- Attendance Kiosks: Allow Kiosk Entries Multiple Sections Scheduled into Same Period
This branch improves the functionality of Attendance Kiosks for cases where a student is enrolled in two first period sections but only one section requires attendance. Previously, the Kiosk was unable to create separate attendance records for each section in such scenarios.
FOCUS-40866- Communication Platform: Better Handling of Half-Day Attendance Messages
This update addresses a specific scenario in Attendance Messaging within the Communication Platform, particularly concerning students with half-day attendance records. Prior to this branch, students marked for half-day attendance would still receive full-day attendance calls. The branch introduces a new option specifically for half-day attendance. This option becomes available when a school, selected in the top right, calculates attendance by minutes and the minutes for half-day presence are less than those for a full day. With this change, attendance calls for half-day attendance are only made when this new option is enabled.

This update enhances the functionality for customers using the MTSS Program in the Special Student Services (SSS) module. Previously, if a student had a locked or inactive event previously created through Bulk PMP, new PMP events couldn't be created using the same criteria due to a 'student exempt' message. Now, inactive or locked events are excluded from Bulk PMP triggers, enabling users to create new PMP Events for students who meet the specified criteria. This ensures more efficient management of student progress monitoring plans.
FOCUS-38223- SSS: New Features for Parents in Community Mobile App
This new feature enhancement is specifically tailored for parents using the Community Mobile App to interact with the SSS system. Parents now have the added convenience of accessing PDF versions of locked SSS events directly from their mobile devices, ensuring they can review important information on the go. FOCUS-40746- CTE: New "Only Use Section Seat Count on Classes for Sale" Option
This update introduces a new system preference in the Default School Preferences under the Scheduling section, titled Only Use Section Seat Count on Classes for Sale. When activated, this preference ensures that the seat count for classes listed for sale will be exclusively determined by the seat count configured in the corresponding section. Consequently, the option to manually adjust the number of seats while adding a class to the sale list will be disabled. If a user does not specify a seat count when adding a section to Classes for Sale, the system will default to using the section's pre-configured seat count, maintaining consistency and streamlining the process.
