Added FOCUS-43259 - Parent Auth: Prevent Error Student Names with Special Characters

This update fixes an issue where parents using the Parent Auth feature encountered errors when linking their Parent Portal accounts to a student whose name contains special characters. Parents can now connect to their child's account seamlessly, even if the student's name includes special characters.
