Employee Agreements

If the district creates employee agreements and pushes them out to employees to review and sign, they can be accessed and signed from the Employee Agreements screen.

1. Click the Employee Self Service menu, then click Employee Agreements.

2. The screen defaults to the Pending Agreements tab where you can view all agreements that need to be viewed and signed.

3. Click View/Sign Agreement to review the agreement.

a. In the pop-up window, read the agreement, then click I Agree, I Decline, or Exit.

b. Click Print to print the agreement for your records.

4. Once signed or declined, the agreement displays in your Agreement History under the corresponding tab.

5. Click View Agreement to read the agreement again.

a. Click Exit to close the pop-up window.

b. Click Print to print the agreement for your records.
