No Show/Low Attendance

The No Show/Low Attendance screen displays students (active or inactive) who have no attended hours for their respective classes (the report Threshold defaults to 0 hours present). The report can also be customized via a threshold to pull students with a different specified number of hours.

The No Show/Low Attendance Report

1. Click the Reports menu, then click the Attendance menu.

a. In the Attendance menu, click No Show/Low Attendance.

2. The No Show/Low Attendance report displays students who have no attended hours for their respective classes because the report Threshold defaults to 0 hours present. To edit the Threshold, click the text box and enter any number of hours present.

a. Click out of the Threshold text box to update the report automatically.

3. Select the Show inactive students check box to include inactive students along with active students. The report updates automatically.

The report displays the Student name, Student ID, the student's Teacher, the Section #, Course Title, Hours Scheduled, and Hours Present.

Additional Features

If multiple pages of students are displayed in the report, click the Prev and Next buttons to sift through pages. You can also enter a number in the Page text box to jump to a page.

Click the Excel icon in the Export section to export the table of data to an Excel spreadsheet, which can then be saved to your computer. Click the Printer icon to print the table of data.

Click the Filters button to filter data and apply filter rules.

a. To add more than one filter to a column, click on the green plus sign.

b. To delete an added filter, click on the red minus sign.

c. Select the gray arrow for additional filtering rules.

You can also sort data by clicking on any of the headers. Click once for ascending results; click twice for descending results.
