The Room Report generates a print out of assets held at a selected facility broken down by selected rooms at the facility.
1. In the Fixed Assets menu, click Room Report.
2. Select the applicable Facility from the corresponding pull-down.
3. Select the Building from the corresponding pull-down. Multiple buildings can be selected, as needed.
4. Select the Room from the corresponding pull-down. Multiple rooms can be selected, as needed.
5. Select the Include Disposed/Inactive check box to include inactive and disposed assets to the report.
6. Select the Include Current Value check box to include the current value of assets in the report.
7. Click Submit.
View the generated report which displays all the assets in each room of the selected facility. The report is broken up by one room per page.
8. Click the Printer icon to print the report.
9. Click the Download icon to download the report and save it to your computer.
