Payroll Review Center

The Payroll Review Center allows employees and substitutes to review and manage their timecard entries. This screen enhances the verification process, ensuring payroll accuracy by providing tools for employees to verify or dispute their logged hours. With two intuitive tabs, Pending Review and History, the Payroll Review Center helps employees keep track of their timecard status and maintain clear communication with payroll staff.

Pending Review

1a. Click the pending payroll review item for review in the Alerts section on the Portal.

1b. In the Employee Self Service menu, click Payroll Review Center.

2. The screen defaults to the Pending Review tab, which displays timecards that require action (either verification or dispute).

3. Click View Details for additional information and to verify or dispute the timecard change.

4. In the View Details pop-up window, review the information and click Verify or Dispute.

Once verified or disputed, the entry will be removed from the Pending Review tab and onto the History tab.

History

1. In the Employee Self Service menu, click Payroll Review Center.

2. Click the History tab for a record of timecards that have already been reviewed.

3. Click View Details to review additional information included whether the change was verified or disputed.

4. The View Details pop-up window displays. If verified, as shown below, Approved displays at the top. Click the white X to close the window.
