Associated Users

The Associated Users screen allows users to set up linked users in order for said users to submit transactions initiated by another user/person.

Setting Associated Users

1. From the Setup menu, click Associated Users.

2. Select the main User from the pull-down.

3. Select the whom the User is to be associated from the Associated With pull-down.

4. Enter the Start Date of the association in the provided text box.

5. Enter the End Date of the association in the provided text box.

6. Press the Enter key to save the user association.

7. To edit selections or date, click the field to make changes. Changes save automatically.

8. Click the delete button to delete an association.
