1. From the Assessment menu, click Attendance & Discipline Graphs.

This navigates to the Attendance & Discipline Graphs screen where you will first see Attendance data: Full Day Absent. The graph shows the number of students absent per month. The numbers are also listed by Year and month below the graph.

2. Hover over any of the bars in the graph for more details.

The following graphs and data pertain to discipline, such as Physical Altercation. The graph shows the number of students involved in a physical altercation per month. The numbers are also listed by Year and month below the graph.

All following graphs and data pertain to discipline logged at the school selected, such as Inappropriate LANGUAGE. The graph shows the number of students disciplined for the use of inappropriate langage per month. The numbers are also listed by Year and month below the graph.

3. Change the school from the school pull-down to see attendance and discipline data for different schools. Note: This only applies to you if you have access to more than one school.
