Check In/Check Out

The Check In/Check Out report displays the time in and time out stamps from the Attendance Scanner App.

Check In/Check Out Report by Teacher

1. From the Attendance menu, click Check In/Check Out.

2. To view the Check In/Check Out report by Teacher, click the corresponding tab.

Click the User List tab for a complete list of users without conducting a search. You can also click the Search button and leave the User text box empty to pull all active users.

3. To conduct a search, type the search criteria in the User text box.

The search bar is not case sensitive, and full or partial entries can be in either a first last or last, first format. The comma is necessary in the last, first format. A full user name or ID number can also be entered into the search bar. Searching for "ma" will pull every user whose first or last name begins with "ma" into the search results.

4. Click More Search Options to search for groups of users with similar information in any number of user fields and/or user data.

5. Select the Search All Schools check box to search for teachers across all schools for which you have access.

6. Select the Include Parents check box if searching for users flagged as parents.

7. Select the Include Inactive Users check box to include inactive users in your search.

8. Click Search.

9. All resulting users display in the User List. When you find the correct user, click on the user's name to open the user's record.

10. Clicking the user's name navigates to the report. The user's name is displayed in the top right corner. Click the red X next to the user's name to close the user and search for another one.

11. Click the user name or photo to open User Info.

12. To return to your user search, click Back to User List.

13. Set the Report Timeframe to and from date.

14. Select the applicable course from the pull-down.

15. Click Run.

The report displays the Student, School, Student ID, Date, Check In Time, Check Out Time, Hours attended, number of Breaks taken, Break 1 Out time, Break 1 In time, Break 2 Out time, and Break 2 In time.

1. From the Attendance menu, click Check In/Check Out.

2. To view the Check In/Check Out report by Student, click the corresponding tab.

3. If searching for specific students by name or student number, type the information directly into the Student text box. Leave the text box empty to search for all students.

4. For a more advanced search and the ability to define a specific subset of students, click More Search Options.

5. If student groups have been set up (Students > Student Groups), you can pull a specific group of students using the Student Group pull-down.

6. Select the Search All Schools check box to search for students in all schools to which you have access.

7. Select the Include Inactive Students check box to include inactive students as well as active students in your search. When selected, you also have the option to Include Previous Years Inactive Students and/or Use Most Recent Enrollment.

8. Click Simple List to skip the search and pull all students at the school.

9. Click Search.

10. Click the Student name to open the Check In/Check Out report for the student.

11. Clicking the student's name navigates to the report. The student's name is displayed in the top right corner. Click the red X next to the student's name to close the student and search for another one.

12. Click the student name or photo to open Student Info.

13. To return to your student search, click Back to Student List.
