Focus School Software provides the L25 Report for teachers and staff to easily view students considered in the Lowest 25 percent of the student population based on prior year test data. This report is generated looking at most recent State Assessment scores and by identifying the score at the 25% point. All students with scores at or below this mark are included in the L25 report.
1. From the Assessment menu, click L25 Report.
2. On the Search Screen, enter search criteria to locate an individual student or group of students.
3. Select the state performance test in question from the provided pull-down.
4. Click Search to generate the report. If needed, you can click Reset to clear everything on the page and start over.

The L25 Report displays the Grade level of the listed student, the Student ID, the Student Name, and the Score. The columns displayed are dependent on the Test selected as different tests contain different information.
You can sort data by clicking on any of the headers. Click once for ascending results; click twice for descending results.
Click Filters to further breakdown data.
a. To add more than one filter to a column, click on the green plus sign.
b. To delete an added filter, click on the red minus sign.
c. Select the gray arrow for more filtering options.

To export data to an Excel spreadsheet, click on the Excel icon in the Export section.
To print data, click on the Printer icon in the Export section.
Use the Filter text box located at the top of each pull-down for a quick search. Begin typing the name or number of the desired field in the text box.
