The Attendance Bulletin screen displays attendance data by the Report date (editable) and school including the following columns: Student Name, Grade Level, Student ID, Local ID, Daily Attendance Code, Time in, Time Out, Consecutive Absences, and Cumulative Absences.
1. From the Attendance menu, click Attendance Bulletin.
2. Enter and select the applicable student search criteria.
3. Click Search.

The Attendance Bulletin screen is enabled by the permissions set via Users > Profiles.
Edit the Report date as needed by changing the date in the text box or by clicking the calendar icon and selecting a date. The Bulletin updates automatically.
The attendance data displayed pulls from the school selected from the School pull-down located in the header and displays under the Report date.
The Attendance Bulletin includes the following columns: Student Name, Grade Level, Student ID, Local ID, Daily Attendance Code, Time in, Time Out, Consecutive Absences, and Cumulative Absences.
The Time in and Time Out columns represent data which can be entered using the following screens Late Check In/Early Release, Administration, and Absence Summary for the entered Report date.
The Consecutive Absences column displays the number of consecutive days absent. Consecutive Absences represents the number of consecutive days that the student was scheduled for classes and the daily code was set to Absent. The days counted are from the beginning of the Full year marking period to the entered Report date. The number resets back to zero every time the student is marked as Present.
The Cumulative Absences column represents the number of absences (Absent) since the beginning of the full year marking period to the Report date entered.
Click Toggle Columns to customize the columns displayed in the Attendance Bulletin.
a. To hide the column from the Attendance Bulletin, clear the selected check box. Ensure the check box is selected to display the column.
Once a column is hidden, it remains hidden until the check box is selected to display the column again.
You can sort data by clicking on any of the headers. Click once for ascending results; click twice for descending results.
To export the attendance bulletin data to an Excel spreadsheet, click on the Excel icon in the Export section.
To print data, click on the Printer icon in the Export section.
Click Filters to further breakdown data.
a.To add more than one filter to a column, click on the green plus sign.
b.To delete an added filter, click on the red minus sign.
c.Select the gray arrow for more filtering options.
